According to Sun Tzu, a famous Chinese philosopher, the line between disorder and order lies in logistics. We very much agree with his statement and this is why our Logistics Department is the one that counts the largest number of professionals. Claudia Fretta, our Logistics and Document Department Specialist is one of them.

Trained as an accountant and business expert, Claudia joined Alifood back in 2012 after a couple of important work experiences in the logistics department of an import/export company first, then a shipping agency. When she started working with us, she was in charge of the vast majority of our logistics activities. As the team expanded, she specialized in document control and customs handling.

Her remarkable fluency in English, which she has kept studying since high school, and Spanish – her mum’s mother tongue – helps her streamline her relationships with our clients that she constantly supports with a problem-solving attitude. Precise and well organized, Claudia typically starts her working day by checking her e-mails in order to provide a timely response to any kind of query that she may receive; then she moves on to preparing all the necessary paperwork for our logistics department such as invoices, customs declaration forms, packing slips and so on.
